Spend six hours with an experienced attorney and you'll have a Living Will, Recoverable Trust and Power of Attorney ready to file by the end of the seminar.This epidemic has a lot of us thinking about how unprepared we are for the future. Protecting your family's finances is easy with a little expert advice. You'll learn which documents are needed, how to complete them and where to file. We hope you are staying well and practicing social distancing. But if medical care becomes necessary, it's important to assign an appointee to make medical decisions. Our legal expert will discuss relevant medical documents including, Durable Power of Attorney and Medical Release Forms that could make your treatment easier, quicker and less confusing.
