Self hypnosis can be an effective tool to help you relax and let go of negative feelings and thoughts, or anything that might be holding you back from achieving your full potential. Whether you are a beginner or have some experience with self-hypnosis, this class will give you a better understanding of how self hypnosis works, through lecture, simple exercises, and active participation. You'll learn how your subconcious mind works, and gain a real sense of control using the tools and information provided in class. Students will use hypnosis during class on their individual topics. Everyone will learn to use their self-hypnosis for relaxation.. Digital handouts and CDs available for purchase in class. Please note: Individual results may vary. Not recommended for individuals with mental health diagnoses without the approval of a mental health professional
This course will be offered via ZOOM (live online instruction). The instructor will provide the ZOOM registration link prior to the course beginning. ZOOM is a free online application.
