A loved one being diagnosed with dementia can be a difficult, heart breaking and challenging journey to navigate. Seeing someone you care about lose abilities and go through cognitive decline from something like Alzheimer's or Lewy body can be an emotional rollercoaster with fear, depression, exhaustion, uncertainty and grief as constant companions. But it does not have to be this way. There is something hopeful and empowering to be seen inside of dementia. In this class, learn to see dementia in a whole new way, with less fear and sadness, and more ease and love.

If you are caring for and/or love some one with dementia, or in any state of cognitive decline, you won't want to miss this class. You'll learn to see dementia through a differente lens - one that leaves you feeling lighter and more at peace.
