How You Can Enjoy Yourself, Maintain Your Health, and Give Back to Your Community

Come with paper and pen to do some thought-proviking exercises designed to help you dream and plann to fulfill those dreams.   Learn about a range of activities for the young-at-heart, those that help you stay fit and those that encourage your creativity.   Find out about volunteer work in your community; each of us has a niche when it comes to “giving back.”   These are your golden years, and you can wake up each day filled with gratitude and a wish to connect and grow. Mona field retired from a fulfilling career teaching at Glendale Community College.  She has found a balance ina busy retirement, including family, fitness, fun and community involvement. She lectures, writes and provides mentorship for many people, young and old.
