Yoga is the practice of combining breathwork (pranayama) and postures ( asana), relaxation and meditation to aid in creating balance in the mind and body. Adding Yoga to your life will help relieve tension, release stress and anxiety. You’ll increase muscle tone, gain flexibility, strengthen your immune system and boost your energy level. Bring a sticky mat to class. Classes are limited to 15 students.
